Delivery Terms for Retailers

Delivery time:

• Processing Time: approximately 3 working days
• Transit Time: depends on the country of delivery

Delivery cost:

• All orders are shipped Ex-Works from VENTO warehouse. The shipping cost vary based on the quantity you are ordering and the destination country.
• Heavy items with a single unit weight of more than 10 kg are subject to higher shipping cost also available on request.

Forwarding company:

Usually DHL, but as we ship EXW you can also choose your own forwarding company.

Minimum order value:

• Germany/Austria: € 160,00 net
• World: € 400,00 net
