How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

  • We usually ship within 3 working days, after prepayment has been received. The transit time depends on the country of delivery.  

What is the minimum order value?

  • Worldwide: € 400,00 net

How much is the delivery cost?

  • All orders are shipped Ex-Works from VENTO warehouse. The shipping cost vary based on the quantity you are ordering and the destination country.

What payment methods do you provide?

  • Payment in advance by bank transfer, PayPal, cheque, credit card or SEPA direct debit.

How can I become a retailer?

  • Register as new customer at the point "Login" on the top of the Site. After your registration has been received we will send you the confirmation details and login info as soon as possible.
  • Send us your proof of business registration or certificate of commercial registration by fax +49 (0)8122-972740 or E-Mail vertrieb@ventogmbh.de and we will call you to complete your registration.

Which forwarder will be used for the shipment?

  • Usually DHL, but as we ship EXW you can also choose your own forwarding company.

Do you also handle orders from foreign countries?

  • We are selling worldwide. Please contact us in case you have any questions.

How do I receive my login details?

  • If you already sell our products, but did not order through our website yet, please fill in your details at the point "Login" on the top of the Site (I am a new customer). We will check your details with the information we already have on hand and then send you a confirmation of your login details to start online shopping.

How can I change my account information?

  • Simply login to your account and go to MY ACCOUNT. You can change your personal settings there. In case you want to change the email-address of your account please write us an email.
